Genetic Risk of Heart Disease and how a Personalized Food and Fitness helps

Your genes, gut, biome and lifestyle independently determine your risk of dying of a heart attack or having a debilitating stroke.  Across four studies involving 55,685 participants, genetic and lifestyle factors were independently associated with susceptibility to coronary artery disease.

The relative risk of incident coronary events was 91% higher among participants at high genetic risk than among those at low genetic risk . However, a personalized favorable lifestyle  was associated with a substantially lower risk of coronary events than an unfavorable lifestyle  regardless of the genetic risk category.

Across four studies involving 55,685 participants, genetic and lifestyle factors were independently associated with susceptibility to coronary artery disease. Among participants at high genetic risk, a favorable lifestyle was associated with a nearly 50% lower relative risk of coronary artery disease than was an unfavorable lifestyle.

Your genes and gut biome  not only determine your health risks, but influence how well you metabolize food and essential vitamins, and your food in turn determines the quality of your gut bacteria.

Digbi Health's  Food Rx app determines your bio-individuality  based on your a) DNA, b) gut biome and c) lifestyle.
