A recent study in the journal Nature demonstrated that using an intelligent app can help more than three-quarters of people lose weight.
The more the app is used, the more weight is lost and the longer the weight is kept off. Even more exciting, people who regularly log their food online and weigh themselves regularly are twice as likely as the rest of the population to lose weight AND keep it off.
