3TandAI's ongoing studies help us understand connections between your DNA,gut microbiome, blood markers and your health & wellness. Eventually, our aim is to improve our personalized nutrition and wellness service using data we gather from our studies. Food and Exercise affects each individual’s blood sugar levels differently, which is strongly influenced by your DNA and gut microbiome. Over time, high blood sugar levels have been associated with chronic conditions, such as Alzheimer’s, diabetes, obesity, inflammation, and more. The purpose of this study is to develop personalized diet and exercise based on your DNA and gut bacteria that helps you prevent or reverse T2 Diabetes.

I’m definitely interested as I have personal experience of improving my health and gut functioning with the use of probiotics. I’m diabetic type 2. Very interested in understanding the link between gut bacteria and diabetes and in reversing the diabetes.

Hey there. I’ve been diabetic 28 years. I’ve been working hard to get my a1c down to 6.9 after being in bed for 6 months after multiple back surgeries. I need some help. I did gain some weight laying in bed.

I took the UBiome gut test earlier this year and the report really didn’t tell me anything. I would love to reverse my diabetes but I can’t afford $500 for this program. If this is anything like the previous test it is not worth the money just to be told to eat a low carb, sugar-free diet and exercise regularly.

I don’t know if mine is repairable. Insulin (Lantus 100u and Novalog 12u at meals) metformin 1000mg x2. High blood pressure, edema, severe Peripheral and Autonomic Neuropathy. High lipids meds help very little. Nash 2. Do you think this could help me
