Lois Chait is a Registered Dietitian and First Line Therapy Lifestyle Educator.

She is Certified in Childhood and Adolescent Obesity by the Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics formerly the American Dietetic Association and works with children and their parents on issues in dealing with food allergies and nutrition related problems and diseases. She was the former president of the New York State Dietetic Association, which has over 5000 nutritionists and dietitians.

She has a Master's Degree in Nutrition from New York University.
