Refund & Cancellation Policy

Annual subscriptions are charged over four quarterly payments (every three months). You can cancel Digbi Health subscription products, penalty-free for any reason, within 24 hours of purchase. Once 24 hours have passed, product-specific cancellation restrictions apply.

If you choose to cancel early within an active subscription you will be charged a cancellation penalty of $150.

Note about cancellations and refunds:

  • Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process and funds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank statement
  • We manufacture and ship orders on-demand based on your subscription date. If you cancel your subscription before your quarterly renewal date, we will cancel your current and upcoming orders. Early cancellation penalties may apply.
  • If you cancel your subscription after your quarterly renewal date, we cannot cancel your order because we have already processed it; however, we will cancel all upcoming orders. Early cancellation penalties may apply.
