Refund & Cancellation Policy
Annual subscriptions and costs of kits and processing are charged over 12 monthly payments. You can cancel Digbi Health subscription products, penalty-free for any reason, within 24 hours of purchase. Once 24 hours have passed, product-specific cancellation restrictions apply.

Due to cost of testing, kits and laboratory sequencing being spread over multiple months, if you choose to cancel early within an active subscription you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.
Note about cancellations and refunds:
- Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process and funds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank statement
- We manufacture and ship orders on-demand based on your subscription date. If you cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date, we will cancel your current and upcoming orders. Early cancellation penalties may apply.
- If you cancel your subscription after your monthly renewal date, we cannot cancel your order because we have already processed it; however, we will cancel all upcoming orders. Early cancellation penalties may apply.
