Through out her younger life she was a high impact runner and did cross fit. She had some injuries that led to her not being able to do the same activities. She learned through her exercise genetics that she didn't need to kill herself exercising. She has taken up yoga and walking and the weight keeps coming off. She said even during the time when she was training, her cholesterol was still elevated. This program is the first time she was able to bring it down.
