Nanci has improved her sleep. She feels less bloated and heavy. Her stress and anxiety levels have come down. She noticied the joint pain in her knees no longer hurt when she bends up and down. my name is Nanci Andrade i'm 42 and i'm alpha brazilian, just for a while now I have not been feeling well I was you know feeling bloated, in the beginning i didnt pay attention to it but as time went by I started to notice there was bloating that was feeling tired that was headache then once I stop i'm feeling much better I don't have I was feeling so uh sick and one of the things I wasn't sleeping well and I wanted to change that so that’s when i decided to join so it just looked fun a fun program to so yeah.

My main focus is not to lose weight I know this is a weight loss program however um I I went on to the uh um health site for a Blue Shield and they had all these different programs and I was looking at it and I thought this was a very interesting program because it really looks I really believe each individual is unique you know and looking at the the dna and the microbiome in you know and coming up with a um a diet you know program specifically for that person I thought it was um a wonderful program so that's why I decided to join yes.

I feel like my sleep is getting much better, the stress level is down also uh I was struggling struggling with anxiety and I can see that also you know it has gotten better. I definitely have joint pain especially my knees um and just this last week I was playing with my dog so I was going up and down and I was like oh I can go up and down with no pain yeah.

It’s like every single day all the time you know there are times that i'm very uh good about um taking the pictures and filling out the information and then there are times that i'm you know I can go a week without doing anything but to me just overall the the the whole program like I said I just the idea of like really looking at the individual and and creating something specific for that person uh you know and backing it up with uh coaching you know and the help of the app um I think that overall the whole the the way that the program is structure um I think it's really good

I think it's great to have a coach and just overall somebody who can you know um encourage you and say you know it's okay but we can keep moving I think that I like that part you know I think such a wonderful idea you know

I think this program can really help and like I said I have uh been telling a lot of my friends about it many do not have the this insurance and I had one friend that sign up this week so uh I definitely feel you know it's overall it's a it's a program that can help people have a better understanding uh and the impact of you know what they eat and how they move and um so I I think it's a wonderful idea and it's free so that's the best part
